Career Description
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will work with a Physical Therapist to help patients heal more quickly, become stronger and move better in order to achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work with patients of all ages and lifestyles that may be suffering from injury or disease. In this field, you will use your hands, your head and your heart to help your patients reach their potential.
Employment opportunities are available in a variety of settings including outpatient physical therapy offices and clinics, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
