Program Notes:
- Students must earn a grade of "C" or better for all courses
required within the program.

immediate dismissal from the program.
- Students with other related health care experiences, not
listed on the following Program Prerequisites options,
may request an evaluation for course competency
equivalence through the Integrated Competency Assessment
Network (ICAN) by calling 480.731.8924.
Admission Criteria:
- Formal application and admission to the program is required
- Current Physical and Immunizations (exam within past three months).
- Drug Screening - more information will be given once
admitted to program.
- Current Health Care Provider CPR card required
Program Prerequisites: Credits ā 10.0 - 25.0
Students must select one of the following two (2) options.
Option I: Credits - 10.0 - 15.0
- Nationally certified in one of the following professions;
- Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Respiratory Therapist (RRT), OR
- Diagnostic Medial Sonographer (ARDMS).
- Copy of current certificate or license.
- No previous experience in the field of Nuclear Medicine.
Students may achieve credit by:
- Actually taking courses
- By examination OR
- Evaluation
For courses with prerequisites (+), it is strongly recommended that the prerequisite courses be taken within the past five years.

Successful completion of the following college courses with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.4 or higher. Must be a college semester credit * from an accredited institution with a final grade of āCā or better.
