Admission Criteria:

1. High School diploma or GED
2. Current Healthcare Provider CPR card
3. Current fingerprinting clearance card

Program Prerequisites: Credits – 5.5

Students must select Option I or Option II

Option I:

Completion of an Associate in Applied Science degree or higher
degree in a health science discipline from a regionally accredited
institution of higher education recognized by Maricopa County
Community College District. OR

Option II: Credits - 5.5
