Admission Criteria:

1. Formal application and admission to the program is required
2. Current Health Care Provider CPR card required

Program Prerequisites: Credits – 6.0

Students must select one of the following four (4) options.

Option I:

Currently credentialed in a health care discipline. OR

Option II:

Completion of an Associate in Applied Science degree or higher
degree in a health science discipline from a regionally accredited
institution of higher education recognized by Maricopa County
Community College District. AND
One year of employment in a health services setting. OR

Option III:

Two years experience in a related health care field/health services setting. OR

Option IV: Credits - 6.0
